On July 14, at approximately 4:00 PM, the rescue service received a report of a fire in a utility building located on Engels Street in the town of Lepel.

When rescuers arrived at the scene, open combustion of the shed roof was observed.

As a result of the fire, the roof, ceiling, property, and walls of the shed were damaged.
The cause of the fire is being established. The considered version for the cause of the fire is the violation of the rules for the operation of electrical networks and electrical equipment.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds: a fire can be avoided by observing fire safety rules. Do not operate faulty or dilapidated electrical wiring.
