The staff of the social adaptation and rehabilitation department of the Territorial Center for Social Services to the Population actively work with large, single-parent, and other categories of families, providing assistance in creating a positive family microclimate. Not long ago, a seminar-training on the issues of preventing domestic violence, organized by the Republican Public Association "Legal Initiative," was held at the Territorial Center.
Guests from Minsk – Candidates of Psychological Sciences Nadezhda Tsyrkun, Natalya Maskalyova, and others – delivered insightful lectures to the center's staff. The attendees were presented with such relevant topics as "Violence and Victimhood in the Sphere of Family and Household Relations," "Main Manifestations of Domestic Violence and Working with Them," "Medico-Psychological Rehabilitation of Stress Conditions," etc.
Each question raised by the seminar participants was discussed in detail.
