The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora frequently receives inquiries from citizens regarding the new Fishing Rules. It reminds citizens that Decree No. 284 of the President of the Republic of Belarus "On Fishing and Fisheries", which approves the rules for amateur fishing and the rules for conducting fisheries, will enter into force 12 months (main provisions) after publication!!!! Namely, on July 29, 2022. Until this date, the currently effective Rules for conducting fisheries and fishing remain in force. To avoid unpleasant situations, we ask you to take this into account.
