The government has approved the expansion of the toll road network from December 1. Amendments to the list of toll roads were made by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of November 26, 2019 No. 793, BELTA reports, citing the government's website.
From December 1, the reconstructed section of the M6/E28 highway Minsk - Grodno - border of the Republic of Poland (Bruzgi) from the 134th to the 196th km will become toll.
"This will be the final stage of the reconstruction of this highway, bringing its parameters to the I technical category (with separation of oncoming traffic)," the government explained.
Taking into account the previously introduced toll sections, the M6/E28 highway will be toll for almost its entire length (from the 12th to the 287th km).
As previously reported, the total length of the toll road network in the republic will be 1,787 km.-0-
