The city park hosted an exhibition of technology, military weapons, and equipment, a field kitchen, and featured trade areas.
A concert titled "We Glorify You with Songs, Victory!" was held at the District House of Culture. Students and teachers of the Lepel Children's Art School performed for the residents and guests of the Lepel region.The district festival-concert "Songs of the Great Victory," organised by the Education Department of the District Executive Committee and the District Centre for Children and Youth, took place at Secondary School No. 3 in Lepel. Nine general secondary education institutions participated in the festival. The following were awarded based on the results of the festival-concert:
- First degree diploma: Zaslonovskaya Secondary School, Gymnasium named after I.M. Yerashov, and Starolepelskaya Basic School named after A.A. Marunko;
- Second degree diploma: Secondary School No. 3, Slobodskaya Secondary School named after N.M. Pshyonko, and Starolyadenskaya Basic School named after F.P. Zanko;
- Third degree diploma: Secondary School No. 1, Polsvizhskaya Basic School named after N.N. Tomashevich, and Stayskaya Secondary School.
By decision of the jury, additional diplomas were awarded:
- Diploma for best staging: Slobodskaya Secondary School named after N.M. Pshyonko;
- Diploma for peacekeeping theme of performance: Secondary School No. 3.
At the Lepel Centralised Library System, residents of Lepel could explore the exhibition-frame "Books about the War on Blue Screens," the historical exhibition "Belarusian Woman: Military Valor and Maternal Feat," and
a photo zone "Salute to You, Great Victory"
A football tournament for boys, dedicated to the Great Victory, was held at the Lepel Sports and Recreation Centre.
The exhibition-contest of thematic installed sites "Blooming Garden of Victory" took place at the Lepel District House of Culture. Presentations of the thematic installed sites "Blooming Garden of Victory" were evaluated by representatives of the district authorities, led by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Mikhail Kiselevich. The contest results were announced at the evening concert dedicated to the Great Victory, which took place on the main stage of Lepel.

- 1st place: Domzheritskaya Basic School; ATP 14 of Lepel
- 2nd place: Zaslonovskaya Secondary School; Gymnasium named after I.M. Yerashov of Lepel.
- 3rd place: Lepel Agrarian-Technical College; Starolyadenskaya Basic School.

Full house at the evening festive concert! Our beloved artists presented the residents of Lepel with touching songs from the war years, as well as compositions by contemporary authors dedicated to the feat of heroes. The festive evening concluded with the "Let's Sing "Victory Day" Together" campaign and a magnificent, colourful fireworks display.
