"The National Centre for Legislation and Legal Research develops annual plans for the preparation of legislative acts and submits them for approval by the President in the prescribed manner. Annual plans may also provide for the development of concepts for the most significant and complex draft laws submitted for the Head of State's approval. When developing the plan, proposals from subjects of the right of legislative initiative, state bodies and other organizations, including scientific and public associations, and citizens are considered, and the results of scientific research in the field of law and legal monitoring are taken into account," the statement says.
Currently, the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Research is developing a draft decree "On the Approval of the Plan for the Preparation of Legislative Acts for 2022".
Suggestions for the preparation of draft laws (concepts) with justification of necessity can be expressed on the Legal Forum of Belarus until April 16.
