21 August, Vitebsk /Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. More than two-thirds of the consolidated budget revenues of the Vitebsk region for seven months were formed by state-owned enterprises, the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region informed a BELTA correspondent.
In January-July of the current year, almost Br3.7 trillion was received from economic entities of the state sector of the economy into the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region, which accounted for 70.4% of the total receipts for seven months. The largest amounts came from joint-stock companies with state ownership, as well as from state unitary enterprises and associations: Br1.8 trillion and Br1.4 trillion, respectively.
Excise taxes, profit tax, and deductions to innovation funds accounted for more than a quarter of the receipts from state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies with state participation. Economic entities of the state sector calculated, withheld, and transferred Br789.1 billion of personal income tax to the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region, which accounted for 21.6% of the total amount of taxes paid by these taxpayers. -0-
