Natalia Monchik, Chairperson of the Lepel District Trade Union Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agricultural Industry Workers, studied the issue of compliance with labor protection legislation during the harvest period at OJSC "Chereyshchina".

Natalia Erikasovna studied the issue of unscheduled briefings, the availability of fire extinguishing means, the equipping with first-aid kits, the wage system and material incentives, and the organization of hot meals.

— Two crews are involved in the harvest. The guys are temporary workers. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations came to help. I talked with the participants of the campaign, — shared Natalia Erikasovna.

As noted by Alexander Azevich, a temporary combine harvester operator:

— The combine harvester is equipped with everything necessary, two hot meals a day are provided, cool drinks are delivered if needed, and material incentives have been developed for the harvest period.
