According to tradition, V. Terentiev presented a bouquet of white roses to Bishop Oleg Butkevich.

In a conversation with journalists, the head of the regional council emphasized that, despite the challenging epidemiological situation, representatives of the authorities were obliged to come to congratulate the bishop and all Catholic believers, of whom there are many living in the Vitebsk region.

- The leadership of the region is grateful to Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz and Bishop Oleg Butkevich, who appealed to believers before the holiday with a request to take care of their health and stay at home. This is a noble act. In addition, there was a live broadcast of the festive service on television, - noted Vladimir Terentiev.
