The upcoming week in the work schedule of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will be dedicated to economic and security issues. This was announced to journalists by the Head of State's Press Secretary, Natalya Eismont, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.

"Regarding our upcoming schedule, of course, first and foremost, these are the very economic issues that the President has been focusing on most intensively lately. You know and see this. The President will be working here, in the capital, at the Palace of Independence throughout the upcoming week. And the entire upcoming week, for example, will be dedicated to economic issues. Primarily the most pressing issues. Plus, of course, there will be a rather serious discussion concerning security. It is, of course, also necessary to synchronise on the current situation," the Press Secretary stated.

In addition, a number of large-scale events are expected in the near future. For example, in the agricultural sector, despite the off-season. "A very important preparatory period. As the President always says: lay the foundation with which we will work for the future. I want to announce: as far as I know, there will be a very serious discussion on one of the areas of the agricultural sector in the near future. Preparations are currently underway for it," said Natalya Eismont.
