This regulatory document is being developed based on paragraph 2 of Article 18 and paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction Activities", Article 331 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Plant World", with the aim of ensuring the quality of green spaces in the city of Lepel, in conjunction with its comprehensive improvement, enhancing the quality of the urban environment and improving living and recreational conditions for the population, as well as preserving and developing socially significant green areas for public use.
