General characteristics of the planned activity and alternative options for its location and (or) implementation:

The "Domzheritsy" woodworking shop and the constructed boiler house with drying units are located at: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Domzheritsy village, Polevaya St., 1A.

The designed buildings and structures will be located on the land plot for the construction and servicing of the facility within the territory of the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve" "Reconstruction of the "Domzheritsy" Woodworking Shop with expansion of the production base, area 1.8701 ha".

The "Domzheritsy" woodworking shop houses existing buildings and structures: Woodworking Shop 1, Woodworking Shop 2, a workshop for finishing unedged lumber, a wood drying section. A "WALTER" round timber processing line has been installed, in addition to the previously installed line for

round timber processing "MEBOR". The line capacity allows for processing up to 110.0 cubic meters of round timber per day with a 12-hour working shift. The main products manufactured using this equipment are edged lumber and pallet boards. Both lines include chippers designed for processing sawmill waste into wood chips.

Additionally, the workshop houses a "SERRA Montana" ME90 band saw, an MG-2000 band saw, and a lumber finishing line consisting of 2 machines.

The "Domzheritsy" woodworking shop also features equipment for wood antiseptic treatment.

The following buildings and structures are planned: a boiler house, a drying kiln, local treatment facilities, a DGU (diesel generator unit) site, and a finished goods warehouse.

A projected attached boiler house (two KVT-0750E hot water boilers with a thermal output of 750 kW each) is planned as the heat source for the drying units, heating system, and hot water supply. It will operate on fuel wood chips in accordance with Technical Specifications TU BY 100145188.003-2009.

Furthermore, it is planned to install treatment facilities manufactured by "Belpoliplastik" BelECOline K15 or an equivalent with a capacity of 15 l/s.

DGU site. An AD104S-T400-2RP (MMZ) diesel generator will be installed.
