The first heroine of the project was Olga Baydachenko, chief economist of OJSC "LepelAgroService".

Olga Nikolaevna has been working at the enterprise for over 10 years, and in her current position for 3 years. She was born here and graduated from school here. Mathematics was always her favourite subject; the magic of numbers fascinated her. She chose a related profession – she became an economist, having first graduated from a trade and economic college, and then from the Vitebsk Technological University with a degree in economics.

Our heroine has been married for 19 years. Her husband also works in agriculture – as the director of the State Agricultural Institution "Lepel Variety Testing Station".

The family is raising three children. The eldest, Matvey, is already 18 years old. Dmitry is in the 7th grade of the gymnasium named after I.M. Yerashov in Lepel. The youngest will start the first grade this year.

The family lives in an apartment but spends most of their free time at their dacha in the village of Zornitsa, where they all enjoy active recreation: sledding down hills, enjoying nature.

Olga Nikolaevna is content with her way of life. Her husband is too. They cannot imagine what would have to happen for them to want to change their place of residence or work. They love the countryside and understand the importance of the work of agricultural workers for the country and all its citizens.
