The award is granted to citizens or a team (up to 6 people) for achieving results that have influenced the increase in production competitiveness and/or the efficiency of economic activity, and have contributed to the improvement of the population's quality of life.

Two awards will be presented: one for a significant contribution to the development of production and services (work), and one for achievements in sectoral science. The award amount is 1,000 basic units.

Applications and materials for participation in the award competition should be sent to the republican government body or regional executive committee based on the principle of subordination.

Legal entities without departmental subordination should submit documents to the regional executive committee at their place of registration.
