The President of Algeria noted the importance of intensifying bilateral ties in all directions with Belarus.

Sergey Terentyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, presented his credentials to Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

During a conversation with the diplomat, the President of Algeria conveyed greetings to the head of the Belarusian state, Alexander Lukashenko. The Algerian leader emphasized the importance of intensifying bilateral ties with the Republic of Belarus in all areas, in line with the traditions of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

In turn, the Belarusian Ambassador reaffirmed Belarus's commitment to comprehensively enhance cooperation with Algeria. The head of the diplomatic mission informed the President of Algeria about the bilateral Belarusian-Algerian projects already underway.
