According to Alexander Lukashenko, the government should be formed before the New Year, so that it can start working in its new composition from January 1.
Addressing the appointed leadership of the Council of Ministers, Alexander Lukashenko noted: "The government should become a collegial body. The government does not need to hover over the ministers and "beat" them. All responsibility should be transferred to the ministers, heads of enterprises, governors, down to the chairman of the district executive committee. The government should deal with its own issues. Mikhail Vladimirovich Myasnikovich is a very flexible person in this regard, and he will be able to organize the work of the government collegially."
The President of Belarus also noted that Mikhail Myasnikovich has accumulated extensive experience in various leadership positions. In addition, one of the main priorities for the next five-year period is innovative development, and the new Prime Minister has been actively involved in this topic in his previous place of work.
Appointing Alexander Yakobson and Leonid Anfimov, the Head of State noted that the KGBK should not only perform control functions but also engage in the prevention and prophylaxis of offenses. "I want to see in the Committee of State Control what you, Alexander Serafimovich, have always said: they should not stifle there, they should not oppress there, there should be a respected person from below, who, perhaps, not only from the perspective of a controller (you will still have to control - this is your main task), but from the perspective of life and production, working in this system."
Numerous appeals and complaints from citizens collected during the election campaign will be used to develop and adopt decisions in the work of the KGBK.
Alexander Lukashenko also oriented the leadership of the Presidential Administration to continue active work with citizens, holding personal meetings with people in work collectives.
Appointing Gennady Davydko, the Head of State noted that much has been done in Belteleradiocompany in recent years, but there is a need for renewal. In the near future, changes will also affect the work of other state media.
In general, in Belarus, renewal is taking place in all areas within the system of state authorities. At the same time, emphasis is placed not only on young personnel but also on experienced professionals. However, those who are removed from their positions will also be offered work and the opportunity to realize themselves for the benefit of the country in a new capacity. -0-
