The special prize will be awarded within the framework of the International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" to one of the participants of the competition program for the best embodiment of the Slavic theme in vocal art works.
The decree approved new samples of award documents presented upon awarding the President of Belarus Prize "For Spiritual Revival", the Special Prize of the President of Belarus to figures of culture and art, and the Special Award of the President of Belarus "Through Art – to Peace and Mutual Understanding".
The document also provides for an expansion of the list of individuals who can be nominated for the President's Prize "For Spiritual Revival" and the Special Prize of the President to figures of culture and art.
