On February 3, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 37 "On the Approval of the State Investment Programme for 2017". This was reported to BelTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Taking into account the investment capabilities of the republican budget, the programme provides for the concentration of funds on facilities commissioned in 2017 and on carry-over facilities with a high degree of construction readiness.
For the financing of 91 facilities included in the programme, it is planned to allocate Br379.45 million in 2017, including Br110.48 million from state capital investments, Br110.09 million from the state targeted budget fund for national development, Br62.77 million from the reserve fund of the President of Belarus, Br54.41 million from the republican road fund, and Br41.7 million from funds for the preservation and expansion of agricultural land (melioration facilities).
A total of 34 facilities are planned to be commissioned in the current year.
In accordance with the programme for 2017, it is planned to commence financing for the construction (reconstruction) of 21 facilities, including a kindergarten for 190 places and a sports and recreation centre in Ostrovets, a ski-roller track in Gorodok, a dormitory for young families in Dobrush, and 9 residential buildings for families raising orphaned children. Of the facilities to be commenced, 14 are planned for commissioning in 2017.
