The project is being implemented with the involvement of Serbian investors. The facility will be located on an area of 320 hectares on the territory of the former "Minsk-1" airport. It will feature 30,000 apartments, a new park of 50 hectares, four schools and nine kindergartens, as well as shopping and financial centres.
The volume of net direct foreign investment from Serbia in the first half of 2015 amounted to $45.5 thousand. In Belarus, 6 joint and 5 foreign organisations, and 2 representative offices operate with the participation of Serbian capital.
