The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds you of the cases when hunting is prohibited. Thus, clause 127 of the Rules for Game Management and Hunting states that hunting is prohibited:
The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds you of the cases when hunting is prohibited. Thus, clause 127 of the Rules for Game Management and Hunting states that hunting is prohibited:
in the absence or use of invalid documents listed in clauses 108 and/or 109 of these Rules;
without a permit, closed at the site of extraction of the game animal, if, in accordance with these Rules, it was subject to closure;
in zones prohibited for hunting and other prohibited areas or at prohibited times, unless otherwise established by these Rules;
for wild animals not specified in the hunting permit or license for the extraction of game animals, as well as for young non-flying and/or moulting birds, during the spring season for hunting migratory birds (except for geese and woodcocks), game animals in distress, in a state of emergency zone;
exceeding the number of game animals allowed for extraction established in the hunting permit;
using prohibited hunting tools and methods, including the use of explosives, digging or smoking out animals from burrows, except for cases provided for by these Rules, as well as the use of chemical agents (except for scent lures);
using unregistered hunting dogs and falcons, as well as dogs of other breeds and mongrels;
in violation of hunting safety regulations;
in violation of the conditions for game management and hunting established for a given hunting management zone or other unit of internal economic division of the territory;
in the border zone;
for wild animals belonging to species included in the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus, as well as wild animals that are not game animals, except for cases provided for by legislative acts.
