This year, a social hairdresser's salon has opened at the department of urgent social services of the territorial center. The head of the department is Yulia Ustinova. The hairdresser's salon serves elderly citizens – pensioners, disabled people, visitors of the territorial center, and others. A special room has been equipped in the premises of the territorial center. Repairs were carried out by their own efforts: wallpaper was pasted, linoleum was laid, and the ceiling was painted. KUVP "Borovka" provided a hairdresser's workstation free of charge: a movable chair, a mirror, a drawer unit, a sink assembly with a chair, and an additional chair. The rest of the equipment (clippers, thinning and straight scissors, a hairdresser's apron, a client's cape, and others) was purchased at the organization's expense. Prices are social, significantly lower than in other hairdresser's salons. The clients are served by an experienced hairdresser with thirty years of experience, Olga Madatova. Previously, she worked at KBA, and then in a private hairdresser's salon. Twenty-seven people were served in January.
