The reception of citizens and the direct telephone line in the building of the Lepel District Executive Committee were held today by Pyotr Korobach, Chairman of the Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Speaking with a journalist, Pyotr Petrovich noted that such visits to district centers allow for a more targeted study of the issues of a particular region and contribute to improving local work.

- Recently, representatives of legal entities of state ownership, as well as individual entrepreneurs, have increasingly been applying with questions regarding the lease and purchase of property. During consultations, citizens are explained the mechanisms of operation in these areas.

Pyotr Petrovich also shared his comments on the issue of selling old buildings for 1 base unit.

- Buying a building for one base unit – many have surely heard about these unrealistically favorable terms for investors. The sale of unused state property has intensified in the country since the publication of the corresponding Decree of the President. However, paying the stated amount is only half the battle. Obligations must be fulfilled. There are enough positive examples in the Vitebsk region.
