On 01.07.2020, in an open court session, the Chashniki District Court passed a sentence under Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus against an unemployed resident of the town of Chashniki who illegally hunted one wild boar. Thus, according to the verdict of the Chashniki District Court, the punishment imposed is imprisonment for a term of 1 year and 6 months with a suspension of 1 year, as well as the deprivation of the right to engage in hunting-related activities for a term of 3 years.
