In these autumn days, we celebrate the completion of the harvest – one of the most important stages of the harvesting campaign. By a good tradition, at the Dozhinki festival, we pay tribute of deserved respect to the people who have invested their soul, knowledge, skill, and experience into the challenging work of a farmer. You are doing everything possible to fulfill the great mission entrusted to you – to be the breadwinner of the country.
The harvesting campaign has always been a serious examination for farmers. It has provided real assessments of the organizational abilities of managers and specialists, tested the ability of various management structures to interact, the skills of machine operators, and the reliability of harvesting equipment.
Today is a day not only for those who work professionally in the field of agriculture but also for those who are always ready to lend a friendly shoulder and help both in labour and in celebration. Sincere words of gratitude go to the teams and leaders of organizations and enterprises of the district who, at the first call, provide both people and equipment.
Our common task is not only to achieve good results but also to do everything possible for the well-being of those who grow bread for the country in difficult conditions.
The development of the Lepel district is the achievement of many generations of rural workers who generously shared their rich experience with their successors. And on this festive day, special words of gratitude are addressed to the veterans of the industry.
