In accordance with the document, the simplified procedure for registering property complexes of agricultural organizations when they are sold in bankruptcy proceedings also applies to cases of transferring these complexes to creditors in repayment of their claims.
In addition, in bankruptcy proceedings, the decree provides for the possibility for agricultural organizations to sell separate property without documents confirming their state registration. The new owner will be responsible for issuing such documents on an application basis.
These changes will contribute to the prompt resolution of insolvency cases of agricultural organizations and the involvement of unused property in economic circulation.
