Ticket sales for the jubilee XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will begin on May 13, the BELTA correspondent was informed at the Vitebsk Culture Centre. Traditionally, the highest ticket prices – from Br160 thousand to Br450 thousand – will be for the solemn opening ceremony of the festival, which will take place on July 8. For the minimum price of Br10 thousand this year, you can attend concerts by Ukrainian artists and the second day of the "Vitebsk-2011" pop song performers' contest. A solo concert at the Summer Amphitheatre will cost from Br25 thousand to Br100 thousand. The most expensive tickets will be for the performances of chanson stars Elena Vaenga, Lyubov Uspenskaya, as well as the jubilee concert of "Khor Turetskogo" with the participation of the art group "Soprano 10". The price range for solo concerts of the favourites of women, Nikolay Baskov, Valeriy Leontiev and Valeriy Meladze, will be from Br30 thousand to Br80 thousand. You can purchase a coveted ticket for cash at one of the five city ticket offices from 10 a.m. In addition, for the first time, ticket sales will be conducted online through the company Ticketpro, which has been operating on the market for distributing tickets for various events in 17 countries, including Belarus, since 1992. Information about the projects of the XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will be posted on the company's website. The terms and conditions for ordering and booking tickets are also available there. You can receive your purchased ticket after paying its cost in accordance with the selected delivery method. The coincidence of the ticket sales start with the "Friday the 13th", a demonic date for many, does not bother the festival management. "We treat this calmly, without prejudice or superstition," said the Vitebsk Culture Centre. The XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will be held from July 8 to July 14.
