A draft law to amend the Tax Code will be submitted to parliament in 2020. This was announced today by Deputy Minister of Finance Dmitry Kiyko, who was responding to questions from deputies, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.
The Deputy Minister stated that, according to the legislative plan, the submission of the draft law to amend the Tax Code is scheduled for this year.
According to Dmitry Kiyko, the draft law provides, in particular, for the adjustment of certain state duty rates, as well as the procedure for their collection and refund when applying to court.
Together with the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office, and other interested parties, directions in this regard have been developed. "They are ready as a separate package. We plan to include it in the draft law to amend the Tax Code," the Deputy Minister informed.
