The draft law can be reviewed in the August 12, 2014 issue of the newspaper "Sovetskaya Belorussiya". An electronic version will also be available on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office and the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus.
The draft document defines mechanisms for preventing corruption, including restrictions imposed on officials and persons equated to them, regulates the procedure for declaring income and property of such persons, and establishes measures to combat corruption.
