"Day of the Preliminary Investigation Officer - September 12," is the line with which Decree No. 229 supplements another document - Decree No. 157 of March 26, 1998 "On State Holidays, Public Holidays and Memorable Dates in the Republic of Belarus".
The date was not chosen by chance. It was on September 12, 2011, that the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 409 "On the Establishment of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
