To promote road safety when operating motorcycles, foster mutual respect among road users, and prevent unlawful actions by motorcyclists, the State Automobile Inspectorate is conducting preventive measures to avert road traffic accidents involving motorcyclists.

Motorcycles must be ridden with a fastened helmet, and passengers must not be carried without one. Headlights should be kept on low beam at all times. Special protective gear is advisable for motorcyclists, as it can help prevent injuries in case of an accident or fall. Failure to use a helmet (or using an unfastened helmet) by the rider or carrying passengers without helmets is subject to a fine of up to 1 base unit.
Do not risk your life and health by performing dangerous stunts. These actions can lead not only to serious consequences but also to penalties. Riding a motorcycle or moped on one wheel, or riding in a manner where the operator is not holding the handlebars or has their feet off the pedals (footrests), is subject to a fine of 5 to 10 base units, with or without the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to 6 months.
