The III Regional Trade Union Youth Forum "PROFVector" was held at the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve.

At the entrance to the realm of pristine nature, forum participants were greeted by the wise Bolotnik. He whispered in their ears that every rustle of leaves here is a story, and every animal is a keeper of age-old secrets. And he lifted the veil over the magic of this place, where everything breathes life and harmony.

First, a meeting of the Youth Council took place. They discussed plans, projects, and how to make the trade union movement even closer to young people.

Afterwards – a complete reboot – immersion in nature: the Museum of Nature, the "Village of the Future", bison and elk in the "Forest Zoo" and the history of nature reserve management. The perfect balance!

Participants also got acquainted with the "Village of the Future" in Domzheritsy.

The solemn opening ceremony of the III Regional Trade Union Youth Forum "PROFVector" was conducted by Elena Nefedova, Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Trade Union Association.

The forum was attended by distinguished guests: Alexander Brantsevich – General Director of UP "Vitebskoblgaz", member of the Presidium of the VNS, deputy of the Regional Council of Deputies; Veronika Khombak – Deputy Chairperson of the Lepel District Executive Committee; Andrey Prokoshin – Director of the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve; Vyacheslav Khrol – Deputy Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Trend battle: a live broadcast with Igor Tur, political commentator for ONT and journalist. The young people asked sharp questions about the role of youth in society and the media. The energy was off the charts!

At the forum's platform, key speakers outlined their positions to young activists. The topic was charged: "The Role of Youth Trade Union Activists in Building a Modern Civil Society". On stage were individuals who know everything about the real sector and social dialogue. Their minute-long self-presentations were clear and concise: no fluff, just the essence. And then the hall erupted with questions! The young people were interested in everything: how to combine career and family, how a young trade union leader can integrate into an established team, what initiatives await at enterprises. An open dialogue took place. The speakers did not report – they debated, shared experiences, and parried.

On the second day of PROFVector, the results were summarized.

Participants presented videos "PROFVEKTOR… Territory of Development" in Reels, Shorts, and TikTok formats. A real explosion of creativity, humour, and positivity.

The results of the forum were summarised by Elena Nefedova, Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Trade Union Association, who addressed the young leaders with words of gratitude and guidance. The forum became a meeting point for new projects and like-minded individuals.

The finale took place on a practical note – an excursion to the modern woodworking shop "Domzheritsy" concluded the programme.

Real technologies, people, and business – a vivid illustration of the theme of the two days: development, professionalism, and the strength of one's native region.

The two days of "PROFVector" flew by instantly, but left behind concrete ideas, new connections, and a clear vector for moving forward.
