"What has been done and what will have to be worked on in the next five-year period – the range of issues to be considered by the FTUB Congress participants is quite extensive. Ensuring decent wages for employees of enterprises in all sectors, filling collective agreements with social guarantees, legal protection of workers, labor protection, socially oriented restructuring of enterprises, pension provision, innovations in the Labor Code – this is only part of the topics," the FTUB stated.

Today, delegates are working in sections. The draft program of the FTUB's activities for 2020-2025 is being discussed.

The Federation of Trade Unions noted that the congress is one of the key events not only for the trade union movement. Today, the FTUB, which unites more than 4 million people, is among the most massive public organizations in the country.
