The Prosecutor's Office of Lepel District supported the state prosecution under Part 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

A previously unconvicted citizen S., while holding the position of Head of the Production Unit of the Dairy Farm of SPF "Zaozerie" of OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant", being a person materially responsible with full individual material liability, and being an official by virtue of holding a position permanently associated with the performance of organisational, managerial, administrative and economic duties and authorised in the prescribed manner to perform legally significant actions, acting as part of a group and by prior conspiracy with citizen E., during the period from 30 July 2023 to 31 July 2023, intentionally, using her official powers, out of self-serving interest, with the intent to steal the property of SPF "Zaozerie" OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant", while on the premises of the dairy farm, entered knowingly false information into reports on the quantity of compound feed issued, consumed, and remaining for feeding calves in accordance with feeding ration norms, while actually issuing compound feed for feeding calves in a smaller quantity, thereby creating surpluses in the dairy farm warehouse. Subsequently, continuing to implement the joint criminal intent to steal the property entrusted to the accused S., through abuse of official powers as Head of the Production Unit, the accused E., using the warehouse keys provided by the accused S., transported 11 bags of EKR-1 "LactECO" compound feed weighing 30 kg each, with a total weight of 330 kg at a price of 1.92 Belarusian rubles per kg for a total amount of 633.60 Belarusian rubles, using his FORD TRANSIT vehicle from the dairy farm warehouse. Thus, the accused S. and the accused E. stole the specified property, after which they transported two bags of compound feed in the said vehicle to the place of residence of citizen S., and transported the remaining 9 bags to a house in the village of Yurkovshchina, where they were detained by police officers.

The court recognised the sincere remorse of the accused as mitigating circumstances, and for the accused E., the presence of a minor child under his care was also recognised as a mitigating circumstance.
