MINUTES of the summary of the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the construction project "Erection of two cow sheds and a manure storage facility near the settlement of Staroye Lyadno, Lepel District, Vitebsk Region"

The Standing Commission for Public Discussions of the Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Commission), based on the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687, has drawn up a protocol summarising the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the construction project "Erection of two cow sheds and a dairy-beef complex near the settlement of Staroye Lyadno, Lepel District, Vitebsk Region" (hereinafter referred to as the object of public discussion).

The public discussion was held from May 22, 2024, to June 5, 2024, inclusive.

Information on the conduct of public discussions for the urban planning project was published:

in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" No. 40 (12221) dated May 17, 2024;

on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the District Executive Committee) lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions" (May 10, 2024).

In addition, a notification of the public discussion was posted on the information stand of the Lepel District Executive Committee.

An exhibition of the object of public discussion was held from May 22, 2024, to June 5, 2024, at 6 Lenin Street, Room 107 (Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the District Executive Committee) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

A presentation of the object of public discussion took place on May 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM at 6 Lenin Street, Room 107 (Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the District Executive Committee).

During the public discussion of the object, no remarks and/or proposals were received.

Having reviewed the protocol of the architectural and urban planning council, as well as the materials from the public discussion, the Commission recommends the approval of the architectural and planning concept for the object "Erection of two cow sheds and a dairy-beef complex near the settlement of Staroye Lyadno, Lepel District, Vitebsk Region".
