Control was exercised over the implementation of fire safety and firefighting equipment.

Officers from the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted regular raid activities at trade facilities to counter the circulation of dangerous goods and those not complying with fire safety legislation.

During the event, officers of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations visited the Republican Unitary Enterprise of Postal Communication "BELPOSTA", agrotown Stai, Shkolnaya St., 20; agrotown Sloboda, Molodezhnaya St., 27b; Individual Entrepreneur Leyko Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, Lepel, M. Gorky St.; Individual Entrepreneur Lebedev Nikolay Vladimirovich, Lepel, Chuykov St., 50a.

Rescuers checked for the availability of extruded electrical installation products, fire protection agents, fire extinguishing agents, and technical means functioning as part of fire alarm systems (fire detectors) for sale. Due attention was paid to the presence of certificates of conformity with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Firefighting Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017).

Discussions were held with sales staff regarding the mandatory compliance with current legislation in the trade of fire safety and fire extinguishing means. No instances of product sales without conformity assessment documents were identified.
