From 13.11.2018 to 14.11.2018, the Inspection of Fire Safety and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the State Unitary Enterprise "Chashniki PMK-71" at the construction site "Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre 'Zhemchuzhina' in the settlement of Borovka, Lepel District. Dormitory building for 166 beds".
From 13.11.2018 to 14.11.2018, the Inspection of Fire Safety and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the State Unitary Enterprise "Chashniki PMK-71" at the construction site "Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre 'Zhemchuzhina' in the settlement of Borovka, Lepel District. Dormitory building for 166 beds".
During the monitoring, violations of fire safety legislation were identified, namely:
- The facility-wide fire safety instructions have not been developed in accordance with the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic;
- Training of employees on the fire-technical minimum program has not been organised;
- In utility room No. 28, the installed fire extinguisher is missing a nozzle;
- In utility room No. 28, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is permitted for operation;
- In utility room No. 113, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is permitted for operation;
- Smoking is permitted on the premises outside specially designated areas, determined by fire safety instructions, equipped in the prescribed manner and marked with "Smoking Area" signs;
Fire safety regulations briefing was conducted with the employees of the State Unitary Enterprise "Chashniki PMK-71" at the construction site "Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre 'Zhemchuzhina' in the settlement of Borovka, Lepel District. Dormitory building for 166 beds".
