From 27.11.2018 to 29.11.2018, the Inspection of Fire Safety and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of DKUSP "Lepelskaya PMK-75" at the construction site of the "40-apartment residential building at Sovetskaya Street, 38B in Lepel".
From 27.11.2018 to 29.11.2018, the Inspection of Fire Safety and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of DKUSP "Lepelskaya PMK-75" at the construction site of the "40-apartment residential building at Sovetskaya Street, 38B in Lepel".
During the monitoring, violations of fire safety legislation were identified, namely:
- in utility room No. 0014, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is allowed for operation. Clause 27 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7;
- in utility room No. 01048, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is allowed for operation. Clause 27 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7;
- in utility room No. 01047, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is allowed for operation. Clause 27 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7;
- in utility room No. 003, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is allowed for operation. Clause 27 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7;
- in utility room No. 01049, a non-factory-made heat-generating appliance is allowed for operation. Clause 27 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7;
- utility room No. 01047 is not provided with the necessary quantity of primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with Annex 6 to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of 18.05.2018 No. 35;
An briefing on compliance with fire safety rules was conducted with the employees of DKUSP "Lepelskaya PMK-75" at the construction site of the "40-apartment residential building at Sovetskaya Street, 38B in Lepel".
