August 3, Lepel /Own. inf./ Tourism is a type of recreation that never gets boring, and at the same time, the impressions from each trip are new, unique, even if you have visited the same place. The participants of the eighth regional tourist gathering of Belarusbank employees on Lake Lyusenitsa became convinced of this once again.
Usually, enterprises field teams of eight to fifteen people for the district tourist gathering. However, eight teams of 30 people each gathered for the Belarusbank gathering! The guests mentioned that there used to be significantly more teams, one from each district, so around 20 collectives would come.
The Lepel residents were part of the "Vakolitsa" team along with bank employees from Miory, Verkhnedvinsk, Braslav, and Rasony.
The leader among the branches is Vitebsk, but among the CBSs, the situation is more intriguing, as all teams have managed to distinguish themselves in various competitions. Therefore, the interest of participants and spectators in the relay with tourism elements was understandable. The organizers and judges had prepared the necessary equipment the evening before, and in the morning, the runners walked the entire relay route, inspected it, and identified the most problematic points. The Lepel residents Nastya Shyrayeva, Sergey Milchanin, Sergey Agafonov, and Dmitry Barysenok were to run for "Vakolitsa." They were assigned starting number six. Taking the opportunity, the young men and woman went through the entire relay, watched how their rivals were running and making mistakes. In short, they came to the start ready both physically and morally.
In the overall team standings among the CBSs, "Vakolitsa" took only third place, with the victory celebrated by the "OK" team of the Polotsk branch's banking service centers. The first place among the branches went to Vitebsk. In addition to diplomas, the winners and prize-winners also received memorable gifts.
