And inside – even better: new modern equipment – display cases, refrigerators, shelves, and a sea of diverse products for every taste, and not just food products. Here, for example, there is a display case with… stationery, with various children's coloring books. In a word, the variety of the assortment in the Slabada shop is in no way inferior to other urban retail outlets. And on top of everything – cleanliness, order, polite salespeople.

The shop is private, owned by entrepreneurs Alexander and Tamara Malyavka. It opened very recently, in a festive atmosphere. It was quite an event in Slabada.

Performers from the local Center of Culture and Leisure performed – they danced and sang. Prizes were raffled, gifts were presented to the first customers – everything as it should be. Local authorities also participated in the festive opening of the shop. And the hostess of the new retail outlet, Tamara Malyavka, became the unique "director" of the celebration.

By the way, Tamara Arkadyevna has had to be a director more than once in her life, and not only in business. Her homeland is the small village of Gatovka in the Glubokoye region. By education, she is a teacher-psychologist. The young woman came here for distribution to the local school back in 1992 after graduating from MDPU named after M. Gorky. In Slabada, she met her future husband. Alexander Nikolaevich worked as a sports instructor in the local farm. They got married. Initially, they lived in the school dormitory.

The business gradually drew Maliaŭka into its whirlwind. And it's not surprising, because in those difficult nineties, it was not easy for rural intellectuals to live on their salary. And Maliaŭka found themselves in the market. Not everything, of course, worked out, but the young people stubbornly moved towards their goal, and towards their own "civilized" shop – perhaps for about eight years, until they established relationships, concluded agreements with suppliers, processed the necessary documentation, etc. Today, among their suppliers and business partners are such well-known firms and enterprises as "Alivariya", "Vitba", "Hanna", Berezovsky Meat Processing Plant and others. The assortment includes dairy and meat products, fruits, confectionery, etc.
Dina Dziemka and Yuliya Zankevich work as sales assistants. By the way, the owners also took care of the working conditions for the sales assistants. There are proper storage facilities. A comfortable rest room with upholstered furniture has been equipped, where one can sit over a cup of coffee.

By the way, if you noticed, the word "Coffee" is clearly read separately in the name of the new shop. Perhaps this is due to certain development prospects for the retail outlet? What are they? Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Life will tell. For now, it can be said for sure that the agro-town is satisfied with the new shop.
