Vacant and Dilapidated Houses
A Unified Register of Vacant Houses has been Established in Belarus
A state information resource, the "Unified Register of Vacant Houses," has been created to identify, record, and reduce the number of vacant residential houses, as well as to automate operations, enhance public awareness, and ensure the protection of citizens' rights and legitimate interests. This resource consolidates all information regarding vacant houses.
Access to the register is open and free of charge. Anyone can not only find and view the characteristics of a particular house but also see its location and condition online.
Currently, the Unified Register of Vacant Houses already contains information on vacant houses, including those for which owner search activities are underway, those recognised as vacant, and those for which a decision on their sale has been made, as well as those with other relevant characteristics.
The information resource is updated on an ongoing basis.
To access the Unified Register of Vacant Houses, please visit the website eri2.nca.by. When authorising, select the "Log in as guest" tab. Subsequently, you can use the filter to select the desired object parameters.
