According to the results of the audience and jury voting, the team became the best.
After the announcement of the audience voting results, the musicians were not in the lead, but the jury gave NAVIBAND the highest score (12), which made the group the winners. Artem Lukyanenko and Ksenia Zhuk performed the song "Гiсторыю майго жыцця" in Belarusian. The author of the song is Artem Lukyanenko.
While accepting the winner's diploma for the "Eurovision-2017" selection, Ksenia Zhuk could not hold back tears of joy.
The musicians participated in the final selection with a Belarusian-language song for the second time. The artists believe that now is the time to sing in Belarusian at "Eurovision".
On the day of the final, the artists released their third album in their short creative life. The album "Illumination" has been available online since January 20, and the band will present it at a concert on February 14 in Minsk. The group is just over three years old, but the musicians already have a large army of fans and a busy touring schedule.
The group NAVIBAND is the official representative of Belarus at "Eurovision-2017" in Kyiv (Ukraine), determined during the broadcast of the final by the vote of TV viewers and a professional jury using the 50x50 formula.
A total of 13 finalists presented their compositions in the final.
The international song contest "Eurovision-2017" will be held in May in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
