"It is difficult to overestimate your personal contribution to the development of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between our countries, to the establishment and strengthening of the Union State and the promotion of mutually beneficial integration processes in the Eurasian space."
The Russian leader emphasized that he would be pleased to continue the constructive, comradely dialogue and close joint work for the benefit of the fraternal peoples of Belarus and Russia.
"I sincerely wish you good health, well-being, and success in your state activities," Vladimir Putin expressed his wishes.
