Traffic police patrols will conduct targeted operations on highways and streets, paying attention to retail outlets and establishments operating 24/7. State Automobile Inspectorate officers will provide a principled assessment of the actions of individuals grossly violating traffic rules.

Drivers must choose a safe speed, taking into account the specific road situation, refrain from rash lane changes, overtakes, and passing maneuvers, and ensure the safe transportation of all passengers.

Pedestrians and cyclists should exercise increased caution when crossing the roadway, and in the dark, they must be visible with retroreflective elements!
