The working visit of the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, Aleksei Zubovich, to Lepel District continued with a visit to enterprises.

The Deputy Head of the Department familiarised himself with the activities of the Repair and Mechanical Plant (RMP), visiting production sites and the exhibition hall. The products are manufactured on high-performance equipment with laser precision. Future plans include maximising the utilisation of new equipment and mastering the production of components for high-powered tractors.

Furthermore, the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, Aleksei Zubovich, visited the Lepel Dairy and Canning Plant (LDP). "Lepelka" produces over 40 types of products. Residents of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Lebanon, Serbia, Syria, and Yemen are familiar with the incomparable taste of our dairy products. The enterprise is the flagship of the district's industry, accounting for over 40 percent of the total production volume, which is in demand both in Belarus and abroad. The production strategy of "Lepelka" envisages a transition to deeper raw material processing and an increase in the share of high-margin products in its range. The enterprise is a winner of professional competitions and international exhibitions, having established itself as a reliable partner working with twenty countries worldwide.

The working visit to the Lepel region for Aleksei Zubovich concluded at the Limited Liability Company "Unified Trading System – Syntez". In just under eight years, the small enterprise has significantly increased its economic potential, found its niches in the domestic market, and reached the international level.
