A training session for ideological activists was held at the Lepel MKC branch of Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant OJSC, with representatives responsible for organizing ideological work in the district's enterprises, organizations, and institutions invited.

The event was opened by Svetlana Sheveleva, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the district executive committee, who from the outset emphasized the daily work of ideologists within work collectives.
— Engaging with people and the ability to convey important information about processes occurring in the country, fostering intra-collective relationships, creating a favorable microclimate within the work collective, and instilling a sense of responsibility and discipline in each employee – all these tasks fall to the ideologist, — noted Svetlana Alexandrovna.
Furthermore, all ideological work must be planned: a long-term work plan for the year, plans and schedules for unified information days, and plans for ideological support of key socio-political campaigns and significant dates should be developed. At the end of each reporting period, the results of the work performed must be summarized.

The enterprise has an information and propaganda group consisting of 6 people, and 26 individuals are members of the enterprise's ideological asset. The group is headed by the director.
