During the inspection, violations of fire safety legislation and general fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures were identified at the premises of OOO "Edinaya Torgovaya Sistema - Sintez".
In October of the current year, inspectors from the Supervision and Prevention Department of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations (ROChS) conducted a selective inspection of OOO "Edinaya Torgovaya Sistema - Sintez", located at: Vitebsk region, Lepel, Partizanskaya St., 13, bldg. 2, room 2.
During the inspection, violations of fire safety legislation and general fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, facilities), isolated premises, and other objects belonging to business entities, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7 (hereinafter - GTPS), were identified at the premises of OOO "Edinaya Torgovaya Sistema - Sintez", specifically:
- No person responsible for conducting fire safety briefings has been appointed (Clause 3.2 GTPS);
- Fire safety briefings have not been conducted for employees (Clause 3.2 GTPS);
- There is no order on the training of employees according to the fire-technical minimum programs, and on the appointment of a person responsible for conducting training according to the fire-technical minimum programs (Clause 3.2 GTPS);
- There is no order appointing a responsible person for the operation of the fire alarm system (Clause 3.2 GTPS);
- There are no inspection reports of buildings and premises by the fire-technical commission (Clause 3.1 GTPS, Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2019 No. 251-Z "On Fire Safety");
- Combustible materials are stored in fire breaks between buildings and structures (Clause 16 GTPS).
- Passages and exits in evacuation routes are obstructed in the warehouse building, reducing the minimum evacuation width (Clause 50 GTPS).
