The results for the past year have already been summarized. The winners in the non-production sphere were recognized as the healthcare institution "Lepel Regional Psychiatric Hospital"; in the production sphere with a staff of up to 100 people – the communal repair and construction unitary enterprise "Budounik"; from 101 to 500 people – the communal unitary enterprise of land reclamation systems "Lepel PMС"; over 500 people – the open joint-stock company "Lepel Dairy and Canning Factory".
As can be seen, success is achieved where there are no complaints about various difficulties, no waiting for outside help, but persistent search for and finding of levers, including financial ones, for problem-solving.
