In anticipation of the regional rural workers' festival "Dazhynki" in Braslav, a new cash and settlement centre of RUP "Vitebskenergo" has been opened, BELTA was informed by the enterprise.
"The opening of the centre is a continuation of Belenergo's policy to improve the quality of service for individuals and legal entities," noted Vitebskenergo. This ensures accessibility of connection to the energy system's power grids, transparency of the parties' relations under energy supply agreements, and the implementation of information technologies.
The new cash and settlement centre meets modern standards for receiving visitors. Areas have been organised where one can clarify calculations for electrical energy under their agreement, and conclude and re-register electricity supply agreements. A video panel and an information terminal have been installed in the visitor service hall, which allows subscribers to independently view all information using their personal account number. Furthermore, the opportunity to rate the quality of services provided has been made available.
With the opening of the facility, three divisions of the energy system ("Electric Grids", "Energosbyt" and "Gosenergo-gaznadzor") are now within walking distance of each other, which allows for prompt customer service. The service area of the cash and settlement centre in Braslav covers over 16,000 consumers and 593 settlements.
