Construction of apartment buildings is actively underway, both in the town of Lepel and in rural settlements.
In February of this year, construction began on a 40-apartment residential building on Sovetskaya Street in Lepel, with a total area of 2266 sq.m. (contractor: DKUSP "Lepel PMK-75"). The facility is planned for commissioning in September 2018.
Construction of a 40-apartment residential building on Kalinina Street in Lepel, with a total area of 2294 sq. m., is underway as part of the second stage of the "Social Housing Construction" Project, aimed at implementing international cooperation with the People's Republic of China. The facility is planned for commissioning in the 4th quarter of the current year.
Design work is being carried out for the facility "60-apartment residential building of panel construction in Borovka village, Borovskiy rural council, Lepel district". Construction work on the facility is planned to commence in the 4th quarter of 2018.

The new retail facility, with a total area of 1170 square meters and a sales area of 662 square meters, is expected to open its doors at the end of 2018.
Additionally, a food store of approximately 400 square meters, including a retail area of over 200 square meters, will be opened at the intersection of Maxim Gorky Street and Voykova Street in Lepel. A relevant investment agreement is being prepared for signing. The investor is "Santa Retail" LLC. Representatives of the retail chain position the future store as a retail outlet with a universal range of high-quality food products at affordable prices.
The public association "EcoDom" in conjunction with the District Executive Committee continues the construction of the facility: "Centre for Labour and Social-Domestic Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Lepel, Lobanka St., 30". The facility is scheduled for commissioning at the end of 2018. Foreign investment in the project by 2018 will amount to approximately 300 thousand euros.
Construction of engineering and transport infrastructure is ongoing in the microdistrict of individual housing development in Lepel (Avtodromnaya and Magistralnaya Streets).
