The construction of apartment buildings is actively underway, both in the town of Lepel and in rural settlements.
In February of this year, the construction of a 40-apartment residential building at Sovetskaya Street in Lepel, with a total area of 2266 sq. m, commenced (contractor: DKSUP "Lepelskaya PMK-75"). The facility is scheduled for commissioning in November 2018.
Construction of a 40-apartment residential building at Kalinina Street in Lepel, with a total area of 2294 sq. m, is underway as part of the second stage of the "Social Housing Construction" Project, aimed at implementing international cooperation with the People's Republic of China. Representatives of the retail chain position the future store as a point of sale offering a universal range of high-quality and affordable food products.
In August 2018, the construction object "Centre for Labour and Social and Domestic Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Lepel, Lobanka St., 30" was commissioned.
Work on the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure in the microdistrict of individual housing construction in Lepel (Avtodromnaya and Magistralnaya Streets) is ongoing.
